Phantasy Festival was made for the IPD (International Pony Day) custom contest. She started out as a Posey with faded hair.

She was painted white, for her hair I used  markers in the rainbow colors (pink, orange, yellow, green, blue and dark purple). Her eyes are dark blue.
Her symbol is the Earth with some party favors, to celebrate International Pony Day.
On the left side you see America, Europe and Africa, while on the right side you can see Asia.
There's also a small streamer at her left eye.

She was a lot of fun to make! Tho I'm not very fond of painting white. The paint doesn't cover very well and this custom could use a bit more layers of white paint.
Her hair however is very nice! Everybody tells me they like her because her haircolor is so intense : )

Well, she won second place in the contest in the Standard (1 pony) category! She won me a SS Satin N Lace! Good pony ; )
