A true fantasy house.

The sad story about my life : (

I was born on 7th August 1981 in a small town called Ochten in Holland, Europe.
My mom and dad divorsed a year after I was born. My dad couldn't let go so the first year we were forced to move a lot. I don't know anything about this, luckily I think.
I pretty much grew up in another small town, but in the other end of Holland. We lived there from my 4th to my 10th. I had a few friends with ponies, but I had more. At the time I wasn't as interested in ponies as now : )
I loved rollerskating and that's what I mostly did. However, when I was 7 that ended. Not that I didn't like it anymore, but I couldn't. Everytime I went out rollerskating I got home feeling sick and having a fever. The time I could rollerskate got shorter and at a moment when my friends came to pick me up I just said: no, I'll stay in watching television, because I knew I would get sick again. By the time I was 10 I developped a chronic headache.
We moved to Capelle a/d IJssel, near Rotterdam, 'cause my mom found a new love. We moved in with him and later moved to a new house with him. My mom got pregnant after they married (very soon) and we moved again. My sister was born and her dad left us.
I went to highschool at the age of 12 and rediscovered ponies when I found out my new best-friend had them. At school it didn't go very well. School kept track of how much I stayed home and so we found out how often I was sick. I bought 31 ponies at the next fleamarket! We started playing. In our play I could forget how tired I was.
When I was at school I got terrific grades and so I went on for 4 years.
In that time we moved again and I had to travel 1.5 hours to play ponies with my friend. We did this in the weekend and I slept over at her place. When I was there and forgot about the world outside I felt great and so I lived in my fantasy world. At school they thought I was weird and didn't make any new friends, but I did get some of their old ponies : )
We moved back to Rotterdam and I went back to my old highschool and in my friend's class. Because we saw eachother so much and because we were often sick at the same time they thought we were lesbiens. We didn't even know we were sick at the same time!
My mom read an articel in the newspaper about ME (CFS in english). We went to a second opinion arts in Amsterdam and she said I have CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). Later we found out that my friend had it to.
I was in the 4th year of a 5 year highschool. The grades I got were good, but I missed a lot so they didn't let me pass. I dubbled my 4th year and passed for half of my subjects. I heared of a possibility to do my exam in 2 years, meaning 2 times 3 subjects. I got a teacher at home to help me. This is how I passed 3 of my subjects in the 4th year. I passed my exam in the 5th year for these subjects. That year I only went to school for my preliminary and final exams, the rest I did at home. The other 3 subject I didn't make in the 4th year I did at home to. Actually I didn't pass those, but my school was very cooperative and let me take the exams eventho' I didn't pass. I went to school about 3 hours a week and got my teacher at home for 1 hour a week. I passed the other half of my exams. SO, I did a 5 year education in 7 years due to my sickness.
What now?
I went to college eventho' I felt like *#%@. That's last year. After 10 weeks I couldn't take it anymore, so I dropped out..
I got tested to see if I'm eligable for a government payment because I can't go to school so can't get study-financing and can't work so can't make money that way, but still have to live which means I have to have money somehow. Meanwhile I still live with my mom and sister.
The docter that tested me said I'm not capable of working so I get the payment. This means a great releaf. Ofcourse I can't sit and do nothing for the rest of my life, so now I'm looking to see what I can do.
Oh, forgot the pony-part. 2 years ago I met a girl through an add in a tv-guide. She's known as DS Scully. She showed me internet and the ponies on it : )
BTW, my other pony-friend isn't an online known pony person. Want to know which ponies I had when I played with her? See my origional herd. Interested in trading? See my wantlist.
Or email me, also for chit-chating ; )
